Assisting Workshop

The workshop will teach the art of hands-on assisting, the practice and tool of physically guiding someone in their practice to help them discover their own strength and new possibilities. The workshop will cover how to give safe, consensual, and empowering hands-on assists while maintaining the health of the assistant.
