This 6-week class series has all the empowerment of a Power Yoga class but at a much slower pace. With an emphasis on modifications and slow movement, this class will show you how to find strength in modifications no matter where you are in your practice. This class is all-levels and safe for pregnant women.
Series begins on April 3rd
Class is every Tuesday from 7:00-8:00 for six weeks.
Cost: $10/class or $50/series
